As Nova Impact advances its mission to equip young people and women with future-ready skills and drive inclusive economic growth, the board has been set up with oversight responsibility to strengthen the governance framework, deepen strategic oversight, ensure high-value partnerships, and promote long-term sustainability.
Nova Impact is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building a digitally skilled, climate-conscious, and inclusive generation of changemakers in Ghana. The organization works at the intersection of technology, education, and inclusion, equipping young Ghanaians, especially women, persons with disabilities, and underserved communities, with the digital and practical skills they need to lead, innovate, and transform their world.
At the heart of its work is a mission to bridge the digital divide and close the gap between industry and academia within Ghana’s growing tech ecosystem. Its initiatives prioritize digital literacy, gender equality, social inclusion, and support for persons with disabilities, ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital economy.
The establishment of the board is expected to improve operations and strengthen impact across all areas of work. For partners and investors, it signals that Nova Impact is building with structure, transparency, and long-term value at its core.
The organization emphasized that this new chapter is not closed but rather open to collaboration, partnerships, and shared innovation.
The next phase is strategic.
The next phase is accountable.
The next phase is scalable.
