Nova Impact is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to building a digitally skilled, climate-conscious, and inclusive generation of changemakers in Ghana. Nova Impact exists to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. We work at the intersection of technology, education, and inclusion to equip young Ghanaians, especially women, persons with disabilities, and underserved communities, with the digital and practical skills they need to lead, innovate, and transform their world.

At the heart of our work is a mission to bridge the digital divide and close the gap between industry and academia, particularly within Ghana’s growing tech ecosystem. We focus on equipping the next generation of leaders and innovators with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities needed to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
