Nova for Impact Training
Program Overview
Noa Impact partners with xAfrica Inc., a leading global technology services company, to launch a Career Acceleration Program aimed at equipping Ghanaian youth with industry-recognized certifications and job-ready skills in pre-sales, professional services, and emerging tech domains.
This initiative is part of xAfrica’s broader mission to build specialized technology teams across Africa, with a focus on solution architecture, technical implementation, business intelligence, CRM systems, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
Through this partnership, selected candidates from Ghana will benefit from pro bono, vendor-aligned training, mentorship, and potential internship or employment opportunities with xAfrica and its global technology partners.
Selection Criteria for Participants
To ensure the success and quality of the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
Tertiary education students or graduates (preferably with backgrounds in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business-related fields).
Technical Aptitude:
Basic understanding of technology, enterprise software, or IT systems (no coding required).
Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or CRMs is a plus.
Motivation & Commitment:
High enthusiasm for learning and building a career in technology.
Willingness to complete a 2–3 week intensive training (virtual and self-paced).
Strong interest in working in roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Analyst, Support Engineer, or implementation specialist.
Communication Skills:
Ability to express ideas clearly in English.
Open to engaging in virtual sessions, group discussions, and client simulations.
Availability:
Must be available for the full duration of the training and committed to completing all modules and assessments.
Career Aspiration:
Desire to work in the tech industry either locally or globally, with a preference for pre-sales or implementation roles.
