Across Africa, the demand for digital and data skills is growing rapidly, yet many young people lack access to practical, industry-relevant training that prepares them for emerging roles. Data analytics is one of the most in-demand skills globally, supporting sectors such as finance, health, agriculture, governance, and technology.
At the same time, the rise of artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how data is processed, analyzed, and communicated. However, access to hands-on training that integrates both data analytics and AI tools remains limited, particularly for early-career youth.
Nova Impact is committed to bridging this gap by equipping young people with practical digital skills, industry exposure, and career readiness support. This program is designed to provide intensive, hands-on training that enables participants to build real projects and improve their employability in the digital economy.

The STEMinist Data Analytics Training is designed to equip 30–40 women with foundational knowledge and practical skills in data analytics.
